Returns Policy

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.  Please contact our customer service team at sales@loulouaustralia.com.au or 1300 077 147 within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective goods. If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement of the same item where possible, free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14days after receipt of goods.

 
 

AUSTRALIAN WHOLESALE ORDERS

Minimum order amount of $300AUD exclusive of GST and freight.

We accept wholesale applications for both retail and online stores.

We do not sell indent.  We offer a stock service for each Season until sold out. 

We DO NOT take pre-orders.

All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipping.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY.  We cannot facilitate changes to orders after they have been placed/paid/confirmed.

 

INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE ORDERS

Minimum order amount of $1000AUD exclusive of taxes, duties and freight.

We accept wholesale applications from international retail and onine stores worldwide.

All costs such as freight, taxes, duties etc are the responsibility of the purchasor.

All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipping.

 
 

BACKORDERS

We do not hold back orders.

   
 

PRE-ORDERS

We do not offer pre-sales.  We will advise all of our retail stocksts and Agents of upcoming styles, patterns and colours; however, we do not take orders in advance.  Orders can only be placed on stock currently available.

 

 

PAYMENT

Payment is required prior to shipment of your order.  We accept online payments through our secure payment portal, over the phone by credit card or via EFT.  Please note, when paying via EFT stock will not be shipped until funds hit our bank account.

Once payment is received we will distribute stock to you.  Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your wholesale order.  We aim to ship all orders ASAP.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY!  Once your order has been placed and paid, it goes directly to our fulfilment centre, ORDERS CANNOT be changed once it is sent to fulfilment.

 

 

PHOTOS of PRODUCTS & OUR BRANDING

Lou Lou Australia can provide high resolution and low resolution photos on request via dropbox to promote the Lou Lou Australia label for use on approved stockists websites and/or social media.  Please note that these images remain the sole property of Lou Lou Australia.

You may use any of the images from our website.

Please note, we do NOT permit you to use our modelled images on your online store unless reference is made to our Brand.  You are free to use our ghost shots.

Any of our images published on Instagram must include tags @loulouaustralia and #loulouaustralia.  Images taken from our Instagram Account and Facebook page must also include tags.  We take no responsibility for images you share on your social media.

At Lou Lou Australia we encourage stockists to use not only our images at any time but also their own creative images of Lou Lou Australia products in any marketing campaigns.  Our aim is to promote you as much as we can also on social media, so if we love your images we are happy to promote and tag you on our Insta stories.

If you find any images you love from any of our shoots that you would like to use for your website banners or marketing, please let us know and we will send you through high resolution images.

We strictly request that you do NOT remove swing tags from our garments or de-brand in any way.

 

 

MISCONDUCT

We have the right to refuse a stockist or cancel a stockist order if a stockist is misleading in any way or form.  We may do this at any time if our brand is being represented in the wrong way.

 

 

FEEDBACK

We love feedback at Lou Lou Australia!  It helps us grow as a company and improve our products, so we can give you, our stockist and our customers exactly what they want.  Let us know what is selling or not selling and what customers are saying about our Lou Lou merchandise.  Feedback good or bad helps us stay competitive in the market.

  • Secure Details: Internet Ordering and Security is of utmost concern to us.  We will ensure your credit card details and personal information are safe. We will never sell, trade or give your personal information that you supply to us to anyone - at all!!
  • Credit Card Transactions: All your transactions are completed with the security provided by the highest level encryption servers available.  Your credit card details are guarded by technology that is completely 100% secure so you can order with confidence.
  • Multiple Payment Methods: If for any reason you do not feel safe entering your credit card information on our site through the payment portal, please feel free to telephone us with the details.
  • Secure Account: We use every means available to protect your sensitive information - that's why when you initially order from us, you will need to register as a customer by opening an account.
